Eclectic writer and poet, Melodie Bolt enjoys working with fairy tales and mythology to create haunting characters in contemporary landscapes. Her stories and essays have appeared in Pan Gaia, SageWoman, Kiss Machine and the Pagan Fiction Anthology published by Llewellyn. She has poetry forthcoming in Tales of the Unanticipated and The Shantytown Anomaly. Originally a Jersey girl, she makes her home in Michigan, where she attends graduate school at the University of Michigan-Flint and participates in the Flint Area Writers critique group.
